Solar Panels
Patry Group is the largest rooftop solar provider in the Kingston area, with half a megawatt in rooftop systems operational within numerous properties. These systems deliver nearly 500,000 kWh to the local electrical grid annually. This clean energy production displaces approximately 55 tons of CO2 emissions.
EV Charging Stations
Our future vision of environmentally-conscious developments and communities will include a number of EV chargers as eco-friendly parking solutions. Patry Group is currently in the process of implementing 195 electric vehicle (EV) charging stations within six existing and future developments across both Kingston and Ottawa.
Tree Planting Programs
Patry Group is proud to announce we have partnered with various non-profit organizations and green initiatives to bolster the green infrastructure in Kingston. We do not only provide tree compensation to the City of Kingston but also go above and beyond to sponsor large-scale tree plantations and participate in the planting events ourselves. Long-term benefits of tree plantations are the reduction in heat islands, improvement of air quality, lowering of noise pollution, better stormwater retention, and healthier psychological well-being.
