Currently, under the planning stages, Patry Group proposes a mixed-use condo purpose-built apartment building comprised of 182 one-bedroom units and 122 two-bedroom units with 2 levels of underground parking. The ground floor commercial space is dedicated to restaurants, shops, sports facilities, etc., while the wide landscaped sidewalks with sitting areas and patios create the public realm. The amenities for residents within the building will include the gym, rooftop patio with a swimming pool, and BBQ. The project also received approval for the CMHC funding to accommodate 30% below market value units.
