Located along Bath Rd, a major road in Kingston, the proposed buildings are within the mall and in close proximity to a wide variety of services and public transportation. The mall revitalization will happen in three phases, with the construction of the first one scheduled for Spring 2023. Phase I includes a 332-unit, 6-storey residential building with 372 parking spaces proposed. The total count for all three phases is 1,685 residential units and 1,982 parking spaces with one level of underground parking. There are also 30 EV charging stations dedicated to this project, as well as solar panel arrays on every building. The amenities for this project will incorporate both recreational indoor and outdoor spaces.
