Kingston’s luxury student housing experience, Foundry Princess – located at 655 Princess Street in Kingston, Ontario. The building features one-to-five bedroom units and is one of Canada’s largest off-campus student residences. The 24-hr well-equipped Fitness Centre, BBQ Courtyard with outdoor Fire-pit, Group Study Rooms, and much much more! Approximately 300,000 square feet of finished space, making it the largest wood frame construction project in Ontario at the time it was completed.
