Planning approval received for a rental purpose-built apartment building in Kingston’s West End comprised of 130 one-bedroom units, and 100 two-bedroom units with 1 level of underground parking. It is anticipated to be the first net-zero energy residential building in Kingston. The inner courtyard in the center will include various year-round amenities for residents, including the swimming pool, patio, BBQ, courtyard, and sitting areas, in addition to the rooftop patio.
